Sad News

I suppose it is inevitable when undertaking an exercise like this that you will come across some sad news. I am sorry to have to report that Kenneth  Double, Iain McCallum and Philip Watson have passed away. There is a separate book containing the details of Kenneth's life.

Iain died in 1999. He was still living in Greenford at the time.

Philip died of cancer in 2001.
